Rising Superstars Training Sessions - Soccer - 5 Sessions ( Every City and State)

5 - 60-minute sessions will include; player mentoring, player evaluation & position-specific training. The session begins with a 10-15 minute warmup where I assess the physical mobility of the athlete (which is adjusted to be age-appropriate). I will discuss with the athlete what they think their weaknesses are before I start my assessment. The athlete will then execute drills/workouts based on the weaknesses we have assessed.
